Got quoted for a last minute event. Elorian was so amazing, communication was great, and the process was super easy. They came and setup up everything, and the Mega XL bounce was a hit. The kids loved it. It looked brand new if it wasn't, it was very very well maintained. We definitely look forward to renting again for our next event.

Rented a bounce house from this company for my son‘s first birthday and it was a total hit! The kids loved it so much. They brought us the bounce house and they set it all up. The next day they came to pick it up. Pricing was very affordable, great communication and very friendly! I highly suggest renting from this company for your special event!

I had such a great experience with Bouncin’ Out Bounce Houses and wanted to share because they made my twins’ birthday so easy and affordable! I was looking for a bounce house and immediately thought of them because I had seen their setup at a community safety fair in Mooresville. Their bounce house was a total show-stopper and the kids were having the best time. I went online late at night to reserve the date and followed up by messaging their Facebook page. They got back to me on both, which really showed me they stay active on all their platforms. They emailed over a quote shortly after and even included a promo they had going at the time without me having to ask. Communication stayed easy and consistent the whole way through. I received both a reminder text and email before the party, which I really appreciated. On the day of the event, drop-off went smoothly. They were friendly, prepared, and helped me figure out the best and safest spot in my yard for the bounce house. Setup was quick and seamless. They laid down a tarp to protect the grass, set everything up, and made sure it was secure before heading out. We rented the bounce house with two basketball hoops inside, and it came with two basketballs. It ended up being a huge hit. The bounce house was big, clean, and sturdy, and there was plenty of room for multiple kids to jump and play without feeling crowded. My kids and their friends stayed in it nonstop despite the cold weather. Pickup the next day was just as easy, with clear communication and no confusion. The next morning, my kids woke up asking if they could jump again before it was picked up, which pretty much says everything. If you’re looking for a bounce house, I’d definitely recommend Bouncin’ Out Bounce Houses. They’re family-run, easy to work with, and their bounce houses are seriously the coolest. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.
